Program Supervisor

Supervision of Apprenticeship Idaho Program

Strategically transforming a previously struggling program into a successful brand that is meeting or exceeding grant deliverables. Won largest apprenticeship grant in Idaho state history.

  • Supervision and monitoring of three federal grant implementation totaling $7 million awarded to IDOL.

  • Directed writing of grant proposals, SOWs, budget revisions, and modifications of grants

  • Monitoring financial operations and programmatic activities to assure grant and department regulatory compliance

  • Strategic planning, program design, process design, and infrastructure development of SAE, ASE, and SAEEI grants

  • Grant management - oversight of deliverables and budgets of $7M

    • Development of strategy to collect missing data, write missing and critical policies, and documenting SAE apprentices to bring program on track with deliverables. 

    • Exceeded SAE grant employer and apprenticeship enrollment and program development requirements within one year by 108% on average across all grant deliverables 

    • Oversight of $214,000 in SAE funding disbursements to support apprenticeship programs

    • Outpacing ASE grant expectations to exceed grant deliverables within two years of a three year grant. Achieved 105 % of grant sponsor enrollment goal, 110% of program development goal, and 146% of apprenticeship enrollment goal 

  • Initiated the creation of the Idaho Apprenticeship Coalition, Group Sponsor Best Practices and Innovations Cohort,  Apprenticeship Idaho Funding Committee, and the Civic Sector Apprenticeships Taskforce

  • Reimbursement policy and system creation - created an automated web-based reimbursement agreement and invoicing system that coordinates application requests, delineates sponsorship responsibility, builds in the agreement process  to more effectively collect source documentation and streamlines the process 

  • Data analytics and reporting - writing of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports - Annual report recognized by Maher and Maher as example of best practices

  • Assisted data and business analysts in assuring data integrity and accuracy in reporting

  • Led the development and use of CRM system for Apprenticeship Idaho and oversight of CRM system integration use across partner agencies 

  • Development of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion plan and creation of DEI team
